The Fishing - The average number of bass caught and released per angler per day in 2005 was an astonishing 32, average bass weighed between 10 to 12 pounds. Our 2005 record was a 24 pound mammoth peacock bass.
Your Accommodation - all rooms have air-conditioning, hot/cold running water with a private bath/shower.
The Boats - one boat for every two fishermen, they are equipped with trolling motors, individual swivel seats and there is one guide per boat.
The Refreshments - included are drinks such as mineral water, fruit juices, beer and wine.
For your Convenience and Safety - Although Itapará Lodge is in the middle of the jungle, it's not disconnected from the outside world, anglers can count on a satellite telephone service, and in case of emergency, Itapará Lodge has an extra airplane that can quickly transport anglers back to Manaus.
